High Speed Raschel Knitting Machine

Double needle bed raschel knitting machine series are suitable for the packing of industry, agriculture, and fishery, also for the breeding of marine products.
Double layered fabrics will be made in the same time, specially DR2 knitting machine can make one-piece formed bag including the threading of bag mouth.

The size of bag will be adjusted in the machine, the clear cutting mark between the two sides of bag is for cutting conveniently, also the joint stitching of two sides with warp yarn let the bag is much stronger and save material cost.
According to different types of yarn, round yarn and flat yarn, there are three kinds of yarn let off systems in this series. Beam is suitable for round yarn (we also manufacture direct type PE monofilament making machine to offer PE round yarn), another slitting & extension machine and creel are suitable for flat yarn. Slitting & extension machine is a progressive flat yarn feeding equipment, The efficiency of knitting machine will be more than 90% if match slitting & extension machine because of yarn feeding stable, raise the quality of fabric, and waste rate is just a half of creel type. But if customer had flat yarn making machine already, we will offer creel as yarn let off system for corresponding with customer's necessity.
The control panel of this series knitting machines adopt inverters to control speed. Several inverters control the motions of different functions and connect with a synchrotron to make whole complete control, operate conveniently and adjust easily.

Features:

• DR1
  • The machine comes incorporated with a drum, 2 needle beds, and 2 sets of needle bars. When the knitting machine is running, it knits two layers of meshed fabrics. The dual-ply meshed fabric may become the product of tubular product to add a guide bar for automatic stitching the 2 ends of the width of the fabric and thanks to the arrangement of chain link. By stitching only one end of the fabric, the dual-ply meshed fabric may be opened to become a meshed fabric of single ply in double width.
• DR2
  • The unit comes with 2 sets of drum, 2 needle beds, and 2 sets of needle bars. When 9 sets of guide bars are mounted in this machine, an integral meshed bag may be formed also threading the taps in the mouth. The meshed bag is in the form of horizontal to be made on machine. The knitting machine may make two layers of meshed fabrics and by means of the stitching guide to stitch the one end of the width of the dual-ply fabric to become the bottom of the bag, 2 sets of guide bar are used to thread tapes automatically at the other end of dual-ply fabric to become the mouth of the bag, When knitting machine runs to the designed length (that is the width of bag), the two layers of fabric due to the control of the second drum will be knitted together to become one as one side of the bag and with the help of the arrangement of chain link, a cutting line may also be set as a mark for cutting. The unit in reference may also be used as DR1 and also may make integral meshed bags without tapes threaded in the mouth of the bag.
